Please read the entirety of my T.O.S before commission me! When commissioning me you automatically are agreeing to those terms. Breaking any part of my T.O.S will result in you being added to my blacklist, being blocked, & being unable to get a commission from me again in the future! Thank you!
[NOTE: Art Examples are going to be ranging from the last 3-5 years due to having moved art programs + art devices and not having enough examples over the last handful of years due to my old IPad breaking a few years ago. I then got a new but worse tablet, then I got an IPad gifted to me by a friend, and also started drawing on my phone as well. Keep in mind that this means some art is older and that commissions will look better/may also look different as I also sometimes swap art programs and use different brushes! If you have a preference for a specific style/brush, let me know!]

EXTRA INFORMATION:
•An extra character in an art piece is half the price of said art type! [EX: Two sketchy shaded fullbodies together would be $24.00!]•Please provide a clear reference of your character(s). References that are super small, bad/low resolution, or are covered with text/large watermarks will be declined. Traditional References without a digital palette and description will not be accepted by me unless discussed beforehand. I highly prefer working with digital references in general as it makes things a lot easier for me personally, but of course I have nothing wrong with traditional art references, just be prepared to have a color palette and/or a description or digital art example with their colors and of how they look!•When commissioning me for anything that isn't a character design/custom, reference, or minecraft skin, please be sure to send me poses or pose ideas! You may also send me expressions/expression ideas!•Please also let me know if you're okay/comfortable with me sharing the art you commission me for on social media + using it as an art example here!

TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT: Terms of Service are subject to adjustments, changes, &/or updates fairly regularly! Be aware of this and be sure to keep yourself up to date! The below date will be updated every time the T.O.S have been significantly updated.TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT

•Payment can be done through the following [listed in order of preference]: Zelle, Venmo, & Cashapp.•I will ONLY take PayPal or Ko-Fi if you either need to use PayPal to convert your funds from a different currency to USD and can't do it any other way, OR if you do not have the ability to use a different payment method. This doesn't mean that you're not willing to use a different payment method but that you literally cannot use any of the other payment methods. I have had too many issues with PayPal as a whole and wish to avoid it AT ALL COSTS, and my Ko-Fi is only able to be linked to my PayPal, so I also wish to avoid that as well.•I only take USD, no other types of currency! I will however also look into accepting items from my wishlist [which can be found here], Discord Nitro [I will NOT accept Nitro basic, just Nitro], Toyhou.se Premium, & Telegram Premium in return for artwork. This is not something I will do super frequently, but if you offer to buy something off my wishlist/offer me discord nitro/offer me toyhouse premium/offer me telegram premium for artwork, I will certainly consider!•Payment will be split. The first half is paid upfront once the details of said commission have been discussed, and I get to work on sketching. I'll send you a W.I.P &/or post the W.I.P to my trello to make sure you're happy with it, then once I have your input I'll get to work on finishing it up. I will not start your commission(s) until you've sent half of the agreed upon payment. Then the second half of the payment is paid upon completion of said commission(s). When I send the finished commission to begin with, it will have a watermark on it that will be removed and sent without a watermark once the second half of the payment is sent to me. This is purely to make sure that you don't scam me! This also helps me get the commission done in a more timely manner. I can also do payment plans, and even haggle on prices, so don't be afraid to discuss this with me. I'm sure I can work with you!
REFUNDS

•I no longer will be doing refunds for commissions outside of the following: I take half the payment up front and will send sketch wips. I can make changes to the sketches at this stage and clean them up a bit. If for whatever reason you're just not happy with the sketches and decide you'd like a refund, then I'll refund you what you had sent me. Outside of that, once I get past the sketching stage, I will not be refunding your commission unless I become uncomfortable with you, the commission, or unless I cannot finish said commission! This is due to the fact that my only current income is commissions! This may change in the future. Please keep this in mind before commissioning me.
ART PROCESS + TURNAROUND TIME

•You may contact me about your commission from time to time! It may not be obvious, but my memory is actually rather awful due to my AuDHD [Autism+ADHD] & executive dysfunction. I typically am easily distracted, and will forget things even if they’re important! It's never on purpose, it just.. never fully sticks when I need/want it to! So you may check up on your commission and come remind me [I recommend reminding me within about 2-3 weeks!] Keep in mind however, I update my Trello frequently, so please check there first before reminding me/asking for updates on your commission!•If you see me working on other works of art, please do not be upset! I do personal work in between commissions so I'm not overwhelmed or burnt out. I also often do personal art when I need to vent out some emotions and just need time to draw for myself for a little bit. Constantly reminding and/or spamming me about your commission will get you added to my blacklist. Please only contact me about a commission after a couple of weeks and only if you haven’t seen progress uploaded to my Trello &/or haven't been contacted about progress on your commission!•I can make changes to your commission after it's completed as I often save the layers! However, keep in mind that I will charge you more for any huge changes- such as changing the pose, changing large parts of a character, or changing a character entirely. Small changes like minor color changes, minor marking changes, or minor accessory additions/removals are alright and I won’t charge you extra for those! If you ask to change the character before I start your commission however, I won’t charge you anything extra for changing the character!•You may always ask me for updates on how the commission is going! I update my Trello with WIPS often, but I can always send WIPS over Discord, Telegram, PMs on Toyhou.se, Tumblr, Instagram, or via Email!•Turnaround time can be anywhere between a couple of weeks to a handful of months. I’ve got a lot going on as of currently. I’m not in the healthiest condition at the moment physically nor mentally and I am dealing with a lot of physical pain and fatigue, plus my partner I recently moved to an apartment and haven't been able to finish unpacking due to a few health issues suddenly popping up that I'm waiting on a specialist to get them figured out/fixed up. I get exhausted quite easily and run out of time, energy, and motivation to work on art even easier. On top of this, I have had a lot of arm pain in the last two years. Thankfully I have a compression glove that helps with the pain, especially when drawing. I also have a herniated disc that is very low in my spine that causes me a lot of pain and I currently cannot take any sort of painkillers to help with it. Due to all of this however, my current turnaround time is longer than I’d like it to be right now, unfortunately. However, I’m currently working on getting myself in better shape, and hopefully once things smooth out I hopefully will be able to get things done much faster! I apologize immensely if art takes awhile, things are incredibly hectic and painful on my end right now. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you're concerned about how your commission is going!•I am 100% A-Okay with due dates! Just let me know! If you have a specific date that you need the art done by, like for an anniversary or birthday gift, please let me know when you order your commission! Giving me a straight up due-date is the best way to go, as I can 100% make sure it's done right before or on that day depending on which you’d prefer! You can always give me a time too if you’d like, just keep in mind that I live in The Eastern Time Zone so please give me the time and date you need the art piece finished by in Eastern Time Zone [EST!]
COPYRIGHT/USAGE + OTHER

•I will NOT do commissions for anyone on my blacklist or that is blocked by me on any social media platform!

•I hold the right to cancel a commission at any given time. If I do so, you will be refunded what you've already paid within a few days of me making said decision. This will likely be an extremely rare occasion- unless something happens in my personal life that stops me from finishing/creating the commission at any point, or I become uncomfortable with the commissioner or the commission itself. If you are turned down, do not harass me/make a big deal out of it or I will blacklist you. You have been warned. Also, if you’re not sure your commission fits in either will or won’t draw, feel free to ask me! I will gladly discuss characters if you're unsure if I can draw them, so don't worry about that. I don't bite!•If you are disrespectful, unkind, or overall rude to me I will most likely refuse and/or refund your commission [if I already took the commission by the time this happens.] If you do not accept the money back/block me from doing so, that is your decision. I will still not do the commission you requested if I tell you I am refunding you and you decide not to accept the money back/you block me from doing so.•Commissioned work should only be used by the commissioner or I, unless you commissioned this for a friend or family member, then they can use it! [I will likely only upload it to my discord, sheezy.art, furaffinity, & tumblr, as well as use it for examples on my commissions site or maybe even stream the progress on twitch, but don’t worry! If you don’t want me to upload on social media, use the piece you commissioned as an example for my commissions, or stream while working on it, just let me know and I promise you I won’t use it!]•This is honestly to just be on the safe side, but If you are commissioning art of an OC that is not your own, I require the written permission of the owner to do so. Even if it's just a snapshot of you getting proof from them, or a snapshot of them having it written somewhere on the character's toyhouse or something. If I am not given written permission from the owner of said OC, I will refuse the commission. I have met people who don't wish for their characters drawn without their permission and this is the only reason this rule exists! As long as they've given you permission or it's written on their toyhouse/the character's page/etc that they can be drawn for gift art/commissions/etc, then I'll gladly draw them for your commission! I just would rather be safe than sorry!•The commissioner may use the art in whatever way they please, so long as they do not take credit for the artwork itself, redistribute the artwork, alter the artwork in any way [if you really want something edited/altered in your piece, ask me! I may be able to do it for you for free or offer to work with you on making a new piece], or sell the artwork itself for money. The commissioner may repost my art as long as credit is given. If credit isn’t given properly, I will think you have stolen it. [The best way to credit me properly is by uploading it to toyhouse with credit given to xSleepySillyx, or credit my Sheezy.Art, my main carrd, or my commissions card- aka where you're reading this right now!]•I have the right to display any commissioned artwork on my social media [Discord, Sheezy, Tumblr, My Commission examples on carrd, Twitch, etc], unless asked otherwise. I won’t use it as an example on my commissions page if the commissioner is uncomfortable with it, which I fully understand. I also won't post it publicly on any of my socials or stream it if asked not to. Please let me know whether you are comfortable with me using it as an example on my carrd &/or posting it on my socials or not when you order the commission from me!•Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of their commissioned artwork/design for non fungible tokens [NFTs.] Use of the artwork/design for any advertising, for AI, or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. If you however are interested in using a character design/custom I designed you specifically or a character that I designed that you received from someone else commercially, PLEASE discuss it with me first!

✓Fan Characters [Characters from Video Games, Anime, Movies, Etc. As long as you have animalized references, or as long as they aren't human as I'm still studying humans and am not comfortable drawing them yet! Things like Pokemon and Digimon would be included in this!]
✓Ferals [this includes canines, felines, horses/mlp, foxes, hamsters, dragons, etc.]
✓Anthros/Furries [I am still practicing these but I am willing to draw them!]
✓Inklings/Octolings [I am still practicing these but I am willing to draw them!]
✓Minor Gore [mainly just cuts, blood, scars, and bruises. I won’t do anything outside of that!]
✓Characters made of Goo [cause it’s fun to draw. I'm also practicing this!]
✓Open/Closed Species [as long as it’s an animal, feral or anthro, feel free to ask me and I’ll let you know if I can do it or not!]
✓ Most Medical/Face Masks [Depends on the pattern on your face mask- if it falls under something I won’t draw or my triggers, then I won’t draw it!]
✓Most Pride Flags [However, keep in mind there may be certain flags I will not draw. I typically like to know about pride flags and feel comfortable with them before drawing them, so if you’re unsure whether I’d be willing to draw your flag or not, please ask!]
